Ingedients:
whole wheat bread - 2 slices
smoked turkey-2 slices
romaine lettuce- 1 big leaf
cheddar cheese-1 slice
basil pesto-2 tsp.
Method: Take a slice of bread and spread it with pesto. Take another slice of bread. Top it with lettuce +turkey(2)+cheddar(in this order). Cover this bread with the first slice so that the pesto side is inside.
Serve chilled or immediately.
