Ingredients:
Black Eye Beans 1 can
onion 1(chopped fine)
ginger grated 2 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
salt
ghee 1 tsp
Method: Heat ghee. Add onions and saute till pale pink. Add the canned beans, ginger, turmeric, chilli and salt. Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. serve hot with rice or sip as a soup. Yum!
