This dish is a perfect alternative to the fried cauliflower pakodas that are popular in India. 1 cauliflower, broken into small florets
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
fresh pepper from the mill
Wash cauliflower in lukewarm water. Drain well and keep aside. Take a baking pan and spray it with PAM. Spread the florets evenly on it. Season florets with salt and fresh pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss well so that they get evenly coated with the oil. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on the florets. Pre heat the oven to 450F. Roast the cauliflower till golden brown(about 30-35 mins).
