1) Summer Grilling Ideas- Roasted Cauliflower

We are back with a bang- we apologise to all our readers for not being able to respond to your comments during this time. Also, thank you very much for all your love and support that you have shown to us from the time we started blogging. Beginning with this post, we are planning to start a grilling series as summer is here, and that means it is time to get together with friends and family and heat up the BBQ. The first post in this series is the" Roasted Cauliflower."

This dish is a perfect alternative to the fried cauliflower pakodas that are popular in India. We would like to dedicate this series to a special reader of ours," Pinkdogwood" for being an enviornmentally conscientious person and inspiring us too to be passionate about the enviornment, with a desire to leave a safe earth for generations to come.

Prepartion time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 35 mins

1 cauliflower, broken into small florets
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
fresh pepper from the mill
salt

Wash cauliflower in lukewarm water. Drain well and keep aside. Take a baking pan and spray it with PAM. Spread the florets evenly on it. Season florets with salt and fresh pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss well so that they get evenly coated with the oil. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on the florets. Pre heat the oven to 450F. Roast the cauliflower till golden brown(about 30-35 mins).

Enjoy!
