We are two sisters who are on a culinary journey that began some twenty years ago in our parent's kitchen. We are passionate about food and like to experience different cuisines. This blog is a medium for us to note down, share and enjoy our food experience. More importantly, it is a way of bonding over something we are both passionate about. Hope you enjoy this journey as much as we do.

Cluster Beans Upkari- Side Dish
Are you the type who loves your neighbour's tiffin box more than yours? If so, then you are like us- this is one such dish that made my sister's(Chai) mouth water when she saw it in her colleague's lunch box. My sister asked her friend if she could have a taste of it and her friend was happy to share it with her. She also shared the recipe with my sister, who was so smitten by the taste of this dish that she made it that same evening for dinner.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins

Such a lovely and homey dish!
Is the coconut that you use, fresh or dessicated?
hi delhibelly- are a big aamir fan? (:-). Thanks for visiting us-- we use dessicated coconut(we thaw it in a microwave for a min before using).
:D
just googled aamir & delhibelly and learnt about his movie.
Thrilled that our "projects" have similar names:))
