ingredients:
whole wheat bread 2 slices
romaine lettuce 1 large leaf
smoked turkey 1 slice
basil pesto
red onion rings
tomato slice 1
cucumber slice 1
cheddar cheese 1 square
brocolli sprouts few sprigs
method:
take a bread slice. place lettuce +turkey+tomato+cucumber+onion+sprouts(in that order)on the bread slice. take another slice and apply pesto thouroughly. cover the first slice with this one(side containing pesto facing inside).
serve chilled.
