Egg fried Rice -2

Ingredients:
rice 1 cup(preferably basmati)
cabbage chopped very finely 1/2 cup
peas 1/4 cup
carrots grated 1/4 cup
bell pepper cut thinly lengthwise 2
onions 1 small
beans 1 cup cut thinly lengthwise
garlic 8-10 cloves(small)
soy sauce 3 Tbsp
tomato ketchup 2 Tbsp
green chilies 3 cut into tiny pieces
ghee 3 tbsp
salt

Method:

Heat ghee in a non stick pan. Add onions and fry till transparent. Add the remaining vegetables. Stir fry till crisp. Now add rice and fry for 3-4 mins. add soy sauce+ tomato ketchup. Mix well. Add salt and green chillies. Now add 2 cups water. pressure cook (or cover and cook) till done. Serve hot with raita.
