Parfait

Ingredients:-

Yogurt 1 cup(plain and fat free)
granola 2 Tbsp
seasonal fruits 3 Tbsp

Method:

In a bowl add yogurt. Top it with granola. Finally add fruits.

Serve immediately. A very healthy breakfast loaded with anto oxidants and fibre.
