Penne with Spinach Sauce

Ingredients:

penne 1 cup
spinach a handful
garlic cloves 3
parmesan cheese(grated)
cream cheese(low fat) 3 tbsp
goat cheese 3 tbsp
salt and pepper

Method: Take a pot half filled with water. Boil it. When the water starts boiling add penne. Cook for 6-7 mins. drain water and keep aside. Take a food processor. Blend the cloves, cheeses, spinach. Add this misture to the penne. Season with salt and pepper. Top the penne mixture with the paremesan cheese.
