Shrimp with Pesto


6 Jumbo shrimps
olive oil
store bought pesto (preferably garlic!)

Method: Season the shrimp with salt and pepper(on both sides). Heat oil in a pan. Add the shrimps. Cook on both the sides (each side 3 mins or so....they turn orange and curl up indicating they are cooked). Add pesto and mix well. Remove and eat with pasta or as is. We had this with garlic and herb couscous and it was delicious.
