Salmon Boats

 This is a healthy and yummy appetizer.

1 cucumber - halved and scooped
2 tsp - canned Pink salmon
Yellow Mustard
2 tsp plain yogurt
salt and pepper

Method: Cut cucumber into half. Scoop the seeds. Fill the cucumber boats with Salmon. Spread Yogurt and mustard paste on the top. Season with salt and pepper.

Eat cold.
