chicken in hot garlic sauce

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts 1/2 pound
bell pepper 1 green
spring onions 2
onions 1 small
2 eggs
garlic 7 cloves
chili powder 1 tsp
ajinomoto 1 tsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
vinegar 1 tsp
tomato ketchup 3 tsp
corn starch 3 tsp
hot chilli sauce 1 tsp
olive oil 4 Tbsp
chicken stock 1 cup
sugar 1/4 tsp

Method:

Marinade chicken with eggs+ salt+ajinomoto+olive oil for an hour. In a hot pan, add Olive oil. add the marinated chicken pieces and stir fry for 4-5 mins. Take from pan and keep aside. In the same pan add 1 tsp oil. Add garlic and chili powder. When garlic starts to change color add bell peppers+onions+spring onions. Stir fry for 2 mins. Now add tomato ketchup+salt+sugar+ajinomoto+chicken stock. Now add chicken back to the pan. Cover and cook for 10-12 mins.

Now remove cover. Add soy sauce+ajinomoto+vinegar+chili sauce+ corn starch. Stir fry for 3 mins(or till corn starch thickens). Serve hot with fried rice.
