Ingredients:
eggs 4
carrots 1/2 cup grated
peas 1/4 cups
garlic 7 cloves
rice 3 cups(pre cooked and refrigerated )
soy sauce 2 Tbsp
oyster sauce 2 tsp
pepper
salt
olive oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat a non stick pan. add oilve oil. Beat eggs and scramble them. Now add peas and carrots. Cook on low heat till they are tender. Sprinkle a few drops of water if necessary and cook covered. Now add the rice+ soy sauce+ oyster sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
