Salmon with Rosemary & Garlic

This is one of our favorite recipes from Dr. Arthur S Agatston's "The South Beach Diet" book. However, we added more rosemary and garlic than what was suggested in the book. A very quick recipe that tastes amazingly good when prepared with fresh Salmon.

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins

2 salmon fillet
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 large garlic cloves crushed
3 rosemary sprigs
fresh pepper from the mill
salt

Marinade the fish with lemon juice+ extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper(fresh from the mill). Take a broiler pan, spray it with non stick cooking spray. Add the fish. Garnish with crushed garlic cloves and rosemary leaves( separated from the sprigs). Broil on each side for 6 mins( or till done).

Enjoy!
